How to filter by micropopulation: Class reports

You can filter the following reports by micropopulation, including pupil premium status, gender, EAL status, SEND status and ethnicity*:

• The 'Attainment' report
• The 'Class usage trends' report
• The 'Holistic assessment results' report
• The 'Multi-subject session' report (Mapper)
• The 'Words learned across the curriculum' report (Mapper)

To filter by a specific subset of learners:

• Click on the drop-down menu under ‘Report options’
• Select the micropopulation you wish to see
• Click ‘Go’

• The 'Multi-subject session' report (Mapper)
• The 'Words learned across the curriculum' report (Mapper)

• Select the micropopulation you wish to see
• Click ‘Go’

You can also filter the following reports by year group and by class

• The 'Topic completion leaderboard' report
• The 'Attainment leaderboard' report
• The 'Points leaderboard' report
