How to monitor usage by lesson completion rate: class level
If your school asks learners to complete a certain number of lessons on Bedrock per week, you can monitor usage via the 'Lesson completion' report.
The 'Lesson completion' report shows the number of lessons that a learner has completed in a chosen time period. The report is useful for teachers or schools who wish to praise based on lesson completion as the report can be run for any given time period and totals are shown.
To access the 'Lesson completion' report for a class:
- Click on class reports
- Click on the ‘Lesson completion’ report
- Tick the box that says ‘Include failed lessons’ if you wish to see them included in the total number
- Select the date range you wish to see
- If you don’t want to see particular weeks such as the holidays, you can exclude these dates
- Click ‘go’ to run the report

The 'Lesson completion' report is also available at a whole-school level. Teachers and leaders can download this report and then filter to look at particular classes or year groups.
