If your school manually updates your school data, your lead teacher can manage the addition of new learners and class changes.
Remember
Only teachers with ‘lead’ status can add learners and make changes to manual classes.
Adding a new learner
To add an individual learner;
- Click on ‘subscription management’ and then ‘student dashboard’
- Fill in the learner ‘first name’ and ‘last name’
- Click on ‘add student’
- Add any additional information, it is especially important to add URN and year group
- Select the class(es) that the learner should be assigned to
- Click ‘add class’
Note
A learner must be in a class to access curriculum content.

Adding a new class
- Click on ‘class database’
- Select ‘add class’
- Type in the name for the class
Note
You will need to refresh so that the class appears.
- Click on the class name
- Click on ‘manage’
- Select the down arrow next to ‘students’
- Select the learners you wish to add
Top Tip
To make this process easier, you can filter by year group and select from the options.

- Select the learners you wish to add
