Where I can find my learners' usernames and passwords?

Learner usernames and passwords can be accessed via your teacher dashboard, and can be viewed for an individual learner, or at class level. Additionally, if you are one of your school’s Bedrock lead teachers, you can also view login details at a whole-school level.

Viewing login details for an individual learner

  1. Log in to your teacher dashboard
  2. On the 'class dashboard,' select the class that the individual learner belongs to
  3. Select the name of the student you wish to view
  4. Select ‘Settings’ from the top navigation menu
  5. The learner’s username can be viewed on the right hand side of the page. You will also be able to view their access code, which can be used to link parent accounts to each learner
  6. Click ‘Show password’ to reveal the learner’s password

Viewing login details at a class level

  1. Log in to your teacher dashboard
  2. On the 'class dashboard,' select the class you wish to change
  3. Select ‘User accounts’ from the top navigation menu
  4. This will bring up a list with all learners’ usernames in the class
  5. Click ‘Show access codes’ to view the learners’ passwords
  6. This will also reveal their access codes, which can be used to link parent accounts to each learner
  7. If required, you can download this data in a spreadsheet by clicking ‘Download’ at the top of the list

Viewing login details at a whole-school level

Remember

To view the login details at a whole-school level, you must be one of your school’s Bedrock lead teachers.

  1. Log in to your teacher dashboard
  2. Select ‘Subscription management’ from the top navigation menu
  3. Select ‘User accounts’ from the side menu
  4. This will bring up a list with all learners’ usernames across the whole school
  5. Click ‘Show access codes’ to view the learners’ passwords
  6. This will also reveal their access codes, which can be used to link parent accounts to each learner
  7. If required, you can download this data in a spreadsheet by clicking ‘Download’ at the top of the list

You are also able to reset your learners’ passwords if they have lost them, or they need to be changed.

An easier way for learners to log in to Bedrock?

Single Sign-On (SSO) allows your learners to access Bedrock using their existing Google or Office school email addresses. This means they won’t need to remember any separate login details! Find out if SSO is suitable for your school here.
