How do I update my class information?

Whether you update manually or via Wonde, ensuring your class’s information is kept up to date is easy.

If you’re connected with Wonde

Using Wonde to connect us directly to your school’s MIS is the easiest way to ensure your information is always up to date. If you haven’t done this already, you can learn more about connecting via Wonde here. If your school doesn’t use Wonde, you can still update your information manually.

If your classes accessing Bedrock are staying the same, you don’t need to do anything.

If, however, a new learner has joined your school or another has left, you will see this reflected in your classes the very next day. This is because any updates are synced automatically overnight. As long as your school’s own MIS is up top date, within 24 hours, your Bedrock classes should be too!

Remember

If you need a specific update on the same day, or you have any problems linking via Wonde, please let our support team know at support@bedrocklearning.org.
