If you are a parent with a home subscription, you can cancel it at any time.
It’s been great to help you with your child’s learning journey so far. However, we understand that continuing this journey with us may not always be possible. Managing your home subscription is easy, and regardless of your subscription type, you can cancel it at any time.
Cancelling your home subscription
- Log into your Guardian Dashboard
- Click on the ‘My subscription’ tab
- Click on the ‘Payment details’ tab
- Click the ‘Cancel subscription’ button and follow the steps to cancel

Restarting your home subscription
At any point after cancelling your subscription, you can restart it in a few simple steps.
- Log into your Guardian Dashboard using your existing login details
- Click the ‘My subscription’ tab
- Click the ‘Reactivate’ button and follow the instructions
Note
Your children will continue exactly where they left off, maintaining all of their previous progress.
