Why has Single-Sign On (SSO) stopped working?

If you tried to login using Single-Sign On, and it is no longer working, there are a few reasons why this could have happened.

Has your school changed your email domain?
If so, you will need to ensure you have updated us about these changes. Email us at support@bedrocklearning.org 

Have you changed your MIS provider?
If so, you will need to ensure you have updated us about these changes. Email us at support@bedrocklearning.org 

Has your school's data manager changed your Wonde sharing permissions?
Ask them to check what changes have been made and let our support team know if they need help.

 

Remember

If this is your school’s first time using SSO for Bedrock Learning, you may need an IT administrator to approve Microsoft/Google authentication for our web application. If they need help with this, they can contact our support team using support@bedrocklearning.org.
